Does not listen or care
For a doctor who only has 14 reviews on here (for different things) and ONE picture of the procedure I'm looking for (sliding genioplasty) on his site, he didn't allow me to speak through a consultation call at all. His recommendations for my situation contradict every single recommendation I got from every single other plastic surgeon I've talked to. He kept telling me no surgeon can guaranty it'll look good. He repeated that so much it felt more like he was lowering my expectations for his work. I managed to ask him one question the entirety of the call, if he had any more pictures of his results with this procedure. I barely finished the question to which he replied "you need to trust me as the surgeon, you don't need to come to me if you don't"
I responded "I need to make a decision based on experience and results"
He said "yes that's why you got the chin implant with that surgeon that messed it up and ow you need to fix it."
I'm supposed to ask as many questions as needed going into this, he was mad over one very valid question. Why so defensive?
The entire time he was condescending and gaslighting and it was such a short interaction I can't imagine going under the knife with someone who can't back himself up with pictures, results, experience or words. The whole point of plastic surgery is to look better not roll the dice and hope you're not butched. True, no plastic surgeon can guarantee the after math but plenty have enough good results that having a bad one is rare occurrence for them. That's obviously not the case with this surgeon.
