It did really work on me. I get feedback on my improvement from friends, means results are noticeable.
One side effect though: skin became reddish, probably I rendered it sensible after tons of methods I tried. But still worth it
Plans for this year - picosure laser + PRP.
Just because the battle for scars free skin never ends.

Congratulations sweetheart! So glad that you keep us dated! But I have a question,do dimples or wrinkels form at the treated spots when you laugh?I have the same rolling type acne scars as yours before treatment. When I smile or laugh, those rolling scars form dimples and wrinkles as they are tethered with the underlying tissues. I am wondering if those dimples can disappear after treatment? So glad for your results! Sorry for my bad English.
Hello, no I don’t have this problem. On the contrary, my scars are less visible when I smile
Thank you for your reply ! So excited about your results!
You need to get subscision to untether the scars
How long did your fillers last? What in your view made the most difference in your skin? My skin currently looks like yours before the treatment. Although I do have two large indents, one on each cheek and may eventually just need a filler or fat transfer for those.
It really doesn’t ever end Does it?? I did home micro needling with dr pen A7 and after two treatments have much better texture. Using adapalene 0.3 in pm and vit c during day. Glycolic peels intermittently. All helping

Added fillers into post-acne depressions

After Infini and PRP, I still have post-acne depressions. I would assess the improvement at 50%. Frankly, it’s difficult to judge as I get used to my current skin state and probably don’t realize the actual result.
Nevertheless, the depressions are still there, so I decided to add fillers of hyaluronic acid. I know it’s temporary but I didn’t find a specialist in Geneva who would use smth else.
I did only one treatment, I need more. Results are good but not fantastic (pls see the pics). Plus I got a white spot/hypopigmentation in one of injection places.

Wow that actually looks like it made a big difference. Have you gotten anymore?
It has made quite a difference for small scars. Deep depressions need more injections
Your skin looks flawless at this point. If I that's how I saw you for the first time, I'd never think you had any acne scars at all. Btw, did you also look into Fat Transfer instead of fillers?
I spoke to a doctor specializing in fat transfer who talked me out of the procedure. To his opinion it won’t do anything.
Whats the reason for fat transfer not working?
My doc thinks it won’t fill the depressions, the procedure is destined to women in their 50s for rejuvenation purposes.
It looks amazing! Fantastic result!! Did the doctor inject more superficially like a “skinboosters” type treatment? Or did you get injected so you would have more overall volume in your face which made the scars disappear?
I don’t know exact name of the filler. It was explained to me as hyaluronic acid with higher “flexibility” as opposed to that injected into lips. It just filled in the depressions. They are not gone, by the way. Deep depressions need more injections.
Your skin looks great!
amazing it actually untethered some of your scars

After 4 treatments

I did my 4th treatment a month ago. Normally, to see final result one has to wait for 6 month. So, these are not final results yet but I decided to share my impression:
The skin texture became definitely better, I see some lifting effect, pores size reduction. As for scars, there is 20-30% improvement but deep depressions are still there. Probably not a best treatment for my rolling scars. My downside effect is redness, some red dots that persist. I've also read that one might see some other downside effect later on (volume loss due to fat cells destruction).

Seems as good improvement. Please keep us updated of your progress!
Thank you for posting. Your skin looks great! I'm planning on getting the same treatment ( infini) done for my acne scars. I also read that tca cross will help with deep scars like ice pick scars.
Looks great. There appears to be greater improvement on the right cheek but the angle and lighting is different from the original ones. If you could post current pictures with similar lighting and angle, the outcomes can be better assessed.
Unfortunately it is difficult to get the same quality pics, that's the best I got
Have you tried a consultation for subcision or fillers?
We don't have lots of specialists in Switzerland and I feel like every time I see a different doctor, he pushes a method he practices regardless my skin state. That's why I learn a lot myself, like I added PRP to Infini for better results, etc. My current doc doesn't do fillers in scars. One doc I consulted advised me against subscision as it leaves deep scars and my rolling scars are not that bad so to do the subscision. I'm still looking for a good doc and hope to see dr. Davine Lim one day in Australia.
Yes, you are correct. Docs push whatever they have. You are right in doing the Infini though. This technology came to the USA two/three years behind Europe. Your scars are not that deep. Maybe at-home microneedling for maintenance? I am sorry that your own doc do not do fillers. It may be best to find another doc for your own outcomes and happiness, not theirs.
You definitely need fillers.. you have a lot of atrophic scars which works better with fillers and subscion. I am surprised, none suggested you that. Bellafill is your thing. Find a good plastic surgeon who does fillers. Good luck. I feel you should have done infini after the fillers
