I treat my acne scars for a long time now, I did Fraxel 4 times 4 years ago (no improvement, only hiperpigmentation), and TCA peel 2 times last winter (visible improvement).
Yesterday I did Infini RF the first time, on cheeks.
The procedure was done in 3 passing, second was really painful, even had to take Tramal.
Right after you feel pain, excessive tightening, burning from inside. The skin looks red, swollen and it has holes from micro-needling with blood in them.
Two hours after I felt that my skin was covered with crust and it stays there now. Last photo from today shows the skin covered in cream but you can see crust patches I hope.

Day 3. Crust and redness
SwissapDecember 13, 2016
The skin is really damaged, crust and redness are still there. Got some acne, probably due to the thick cream I used.
Contraversary feelings. Such a deep damage is good because it'll give better results for scars (hopefully)) but what if it doesn't heal well and there will be marks caused by the procedure itself?

How is the recovery going? I am considering this treatment

8 days after I still have crusts, skin looks badly burnt. Areas with no crust are red. But no scarring from needles, the thing I was afraid most after consulting some feedbacks here. I think every skin reacts differently, so good luck))

and then you recomend to do the infini?

Yes, I got unlucky with the first session but 4 treatments after went well. Combined Infini with PRP, the latter gave quicker healing (but also some minor discoloration).
I would asses 50% improvement of my scars, they are not gone but less visible

Almost a week after

Here are photos: one from 2 days ago with active acne and two from today. The camera doesn't catch how red the treated area is in comparison to the untreated one. Either something went really wrong or the information about 2-3 days downtime is false. I would recommend to get deep pore cleaning before the procedure because the latter can provoke break-outs as you can see)) I am relieved that Infini didn't leave any scarring from needles (as much as I can judge with crusts).

There was another from Switzerland that said the device was actually Secret. Is this Infini or Secret? Secret will have more downtime than Infini due to uninsulated needles. In the summer I will be in Switzerland to talk about the Infini.

Dr. Weiner, do you ever travel to the Philadelphia are to perform procedures?

December 18, 2016
My derm said it was Infini RF (but who knows?). She has been practicing it from February 2016.
The downtime doesn't bother me much, I have a very sensitive skin and probably it's my personal reaction or wrong post care. The most important thing is the final result.

I think you've got a great result. Infini basically brought out those in active nodular underneath your skin. Bring them to active so your body can work on getting ride of them.

Thanks for suggestion) didn't think about it from this angle, you might be right actually)

Dr. Weiner, when will you be in Switzerland? Will you be able to treat patients with infini when you are in Switzerland? I would be interested in being treated by you.

The trip has been called off. Sorry. However, I wouldn't be able to treat in Switzerland. No license there.

That's too bad :( Do you know a qualified doctor in Europe who knows a lot about Infini RF? I am interested in getting this treatment for my acne scars.
