All goes well so far, I got my 3rd treatment. I see much improvement and almost no side effects. Check my other review on the first treatment with Infini which was not successful for more details if needed. It has photos and all explanations I omitted in this review. Good luck with your Infini !

Any idea on the settings/passes that were used? I recently had my fourth treatment, and I've had long lasting redness (weeks) every time.

Hello) you can checkout my another review, all the info is in there. The first time I had a severe Staph infection, don't know why, bad device manipulation, poor post treatment or just unlucky? You should definitely look for a good specialist but still bad outcomes are probable. But I healed well. Another tip - combine with PRP, it heals better and quicker this way)) Good luck !

Be careful this procedure causes volumeloss. It caused volumeloss under my eyes which causes crepey skin and wrinkles. Volumeloss is what happens as you age, with infini it happens over night.
yep, I know. It happens if the setting is incorrect and too deep for one’s skin. My experience turned out to be fine, I look younger overall but dépressions have minor improvement. The only bad outcome I got is redness, red dots. Dunno if it is the result of the treatment or the infection I got after it.

After my first bad experience with Infini RF I...

After my first bad experience with Infini RF I took time to get back to it. 3 months later I did a second procedure with a different doctor. Major improvement on pain reduction: after numbing with Emla cream I had gas inhaling during the procedure itself. Not sure if gas is good for health overall but it does make Infini painless. Excessive redness was gone after 3 hours, a day later there are some red patches on cheeks but overall redness is almost gone.
This time experience has nothing to do wth the first one when I had long-lasting redness and Staph infection.

Why did u go back afrer 1st bad treatment. Wht were your goals
My goal is to improve acne scars primarily but also reduce pores and skin lifting. I did a lot of research on the topic and so far this is the best alternative. The first bad experience was more about the infection I got after the procedure.
I had Infini on May 2. My face is still extremely red and puffy on day 4. According to my MD, this is normal! Not sure if I will go back to same doctor as I was told I will need two more treatments for my acne scars.
I had much redness the 1st time, but for 2nd and already 3d now the redness is gone next day. Avoid touching your face, don't wash it or apply creams until next day, change your pillow case before going to sleep. Good luck!
I am aware that the needles can go from a depth of 1.0mm to 3.5mm. My MD started at 2.0 and went up from there. (I was told by MD assistant that 1.0 and 1.5 mm does NOTHING) I think that is why I have had such a long recovery time. Today is May 10, my surgery was on May 2 and I am still blotchy red. But i noticed I now have a new scar from treatment one. Not sure if I want to continue with this or try a different doctor.
