I met with Dr. Hein last week. We are so thrilled that this will be happening finally tomorrow. I have all of my supplies, and have been drinking lots of water today. I will let you know how I'm doing tomorrow night after surgery. Dr. Hein is quite the perfectionist. Having me go through all my medical records and making sure that I'm ready for surgery. She really listens to your desires and goals and is careful to explain details about the upcoming procedure. Her office is so warm and friendly

She will also be doing lipo on flanks and inner thighs. Their office is beautiful and the staff (Kathy) is so patient with all my questions. Tonight drinking lots of fluids and going to try to get some sleep. She's so clear on the cost, which I believe is reasonable. I have a procedure done by her previously, and I truly trust her work.

Hi I was wondering if you had lipo on your flanks at the same time as the tummy tuck and is the price you put including everything?

Great question! I had lipo on inner thighs and my flanks. Actually I added $600 at the end to have my inner thighs done but 6700 covered my flanks and the tummy tuck. I will be posting updated pictures as I think it's almost my six or seven week. I'm so thrilled.

Awesome! You look great! Excited to see the updated pics. I've been researching plastic surgeons in my area for a tummy tuck and think I'm going to schedule a consult with Dr. Hein. Also if you don't mind me asking...when were you starting to feel better and able to get out and about? I want to schedule surgery accordingly around summer activities .

I would give it three weeks. I was on meds for about five days and ice at times for two weeks. As long as you wear a binder, you can go out, oh so carefully. It's hard to stand up straight for about 10 days but for me the pain wasn't so bad. I travel on the airplane and went on a 10 day trip after four weeks and I was fine. We're going on vacation in April to Mexico so the doctor said after 16 weeks I should be all you know no swelling or nothing and I feel like I'm almost there now and it's only been maybe six weeks. Dr. Hein is so wonderful and she's extremely (covers all the concerns and answers all your questions). about everything! Really sweet but smart! I actually had a facelift done by her three years ago and I couldn't be happier! You may be able to see it on my page I'm not sure. So she did an excellent job and I couldn't be more happy. If you go let me know and I'll give you my name to share with her! It will bless her.
