Oh wow!!!! So my hubby gave me a shopping spree for Christmas... he's a doll! I was so shocked to fit a size 7. Went to my ps.. he said i can expect a size 5 after all the swelling subsides. He says 3 months is the norm for lipo. I'm so excited!!!! I exercised for years and I'm guessing or was so hard to loose because of my age. Lipo seriously hurts like hell.. but it's worth it! I'm skinny! !!!!! HOT DAMN!

I had liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, breast lift with augmentation on Nov. 13th, 2014. I wasn't prepared for the pain and discomfort after surgery. For me, the pain was intense. It felt like bruising deep down in the tissue. I stayed swollen...i still swell. This is week 3 post and I'm beginning to feel better. My tummy is flatter, my hips are smaller, my flanks are still pretty swollen.
I was so excited today when seeing my ps. He took 2600cc (a little over 2 liters of fat. He said i could expect my size to be significantly smaller with healing time. "SIGNIFICANT" that sounds like an excellent start to a thinner and healthier me! Muah xxxx

What an outstanding price for all u had done. I am 11 months post lipo and it does take 3-6 months to see the majority of the end results. I did not have a lot of pain and was out for breakfast and visiting relatives the next day. Good luck with ur healing journey.

On your lipo I still see a lot of swelling as I am dealing with also but I had the full tummy tuck with muscle repair with Dr. Panchal ihas your swelling above your belly button went down? does it feel soft or firm?

No. I swell everyday. My stomach, and flanks still feel numb and tingly. When I'm not swollen it feels hard. I think lipo recovery is horrible. .. lol at least for me
