From my first phone call to the Body Recon clinic in Geelong everybody has been so helpful. I am extremely happy with my results and its not even 2 weeks since surgery. Dr. Rahdon explains everything clearly and is not rushing you out the door. Di his PA answers all other questions promptly. Dr. Rahdon is an excellent surgeon that I would have no hesitation in recommending. He is very down to earth and friendly yet still professional.

Hi was the tummy tuck painful???? I really want it done but very scared at the same time.
For the first few weeks try not to cough or sneeze, that kills. I was off pain meds about four days after operation. The best advice I can give you is get as fit as possible before surgery it helps with recovery so much. I had a brilliant surgeon too.

8 weeks post op

I am now just on 8 weeks since operation, I have started back at gym but only worked out at my pace, doing sit ups were bit painful so didn't do many of them. I didn't do any running either. Walking and bike riding is not a problem.
I still have swelling around lower belly and few numbs spots, but it is gradually going down.
I am feeling great.
