I am now just on 8 weeks since operation, I have started back at gym but only worked out at my pace, doing sit ups were bit painful so didn't do many of them. I didn't do any running either. Walking and bike riding is not a problem.
I still have swelling around lower belly and few numbs spots, but it is gradually going down.
I am feeling great.
