Since the age of 17 I've considered getting a breast procedure though being so young just wasn't ready. My original bra size was a 12G and extremely droopy.
I had a consult with Dr Richard Rahdon late Jan, told him about my dream boobs, concerns and everything else.
He made me feel so comfortable, informed me with everything I needed to know and what techniques he would use for me.
He showed so much excitement as I was a prime candidate, have good skin and loads of breast tissue to create an ultimate youthful look. I left feeling so confident within him and didn't want to explore any other surgeons and booked straight away.
I went in for day surgery, was at the hospital at 7am and was in for surgery by 8.10am and finished at 11.20am. I woke up fine though did feel a little pain which they were onto straight away.
I was in recovery for less than an hour then moved to my room, I've never been in for surgery and get extreme anxiety and I went so well with it all.
I left the hospital at around 4pm when leaving I did experience some light headedness, cold and hot sweats but I think it was more anxiety related.
Fell asleep as soon as I got home, my mum stole one grandpas recliners so I have literally been living and sleeping in that every night which is amazing.
The next day I woke up and was pretty sore in my left breast, my surgeons nurse called me in the morning and suggested I take a valium as it could have been muscle spasms which it helped straight away. The first 3 days I was taking strong pain killers one twice daily (Tapentadol 50mg) which is a slow release alongside Panadol pretty much 4-5 hourly also with Valium 5mg once or twice a day.
By the 4th day I was just taking Panadol and have ever since and lasting longer hours.
It's been one week today since surgery and I do feel pretty great I definitely can't do much for myself it helps greatly to have people to depend on at all times.
Dr Richard Rahdon did a lot of internal work with my breast tissue and attaching it to my chest wall which I did at the start feel constricted with breathing, they are so high and up there it looks like I have had implants haha!
They are gonna relax a bit though so I'm so excited to see the final outcome.
60grams was taken from my right breast which was mainly just skin and 160grams was taken from my left as it was larger in size.

Day 9
I'm feeling really good today no pain what so ever, though this morning my left nipple was feeling a bit tingly and funny.
I have my first post op check up tomorrow, feeling a little bit nervous about seeing what's under the tapes if he does take them off.
Just need to remember it's all worth it!

Hey! I'm 12 days po.. I feel great no pain, by day 8 I was grocery shopping! The most pain I had was the suturing of my stomach muscles( it felt like I did a million crunches) but my lift/reduction was no pain at all. I got all my drains out Friday and that just feels like a bruise, my boobs feel like rocks so I massage them gently. When I see the Dr. Friday I'll get the tape removed and finally get to see all of it (I still don't know what my nipples look like?) so I'm excited about that.. I'll keep you updated, thanks for checking in.. best wishes!! ;)
