Lumps are still going down, I'm seeing improvements everyday. I've noticed my face looks bigger when I don't drink enough water, some days I felt like getting buccal fat removal was useless since my face looks the same, but it's due to bloating.

have you checked for infections? i hear it very delicate & you see swelling.

Hi. How many ml or grams were removed?

I had only 3 grams removed. I'm 1 day posts op. I'm worried it won't have an effect.

Hi, hope you are doing okay. It looks like it's been awhile but I hope you're swelling is finally going away. I've been researching about foods that may reduce swelling and help people during the healing process after buccal removal. Nuts, salmon, broccoli, ginger, soups, spinach and pineapple may help.

hope you're doing ok, i have the exact same issue as you. i think its scar tissue that has formed.. i am 3 months post op hoping it will go away..

I know a lot of people are asking for before and after pictures, I haven't seen my final results. Almost at the 3 week mark and I still have a small lump on my RHS and medium sized lump on the LHS so I would say my cheek will get 10% smaller on the RHS and 30% on the LHS. The bumps are on the inside and are taking a while to go. Day by day they are getting better. Hopefully it will be gone in a month.

Currently 10 weeks post op. Still have lumps on the inside of my cheeks, they are going away slowly. My right cheek looks better than my left cheek since the left cheek has a bigger lump and is taking longer to heal. I should see my full results in 2 weeks but I think it will take me a month to see results since my face is taking longer to heal.
