More Than Just Weight Loss

I had been struggling with my weight for years and had tried many different diets and programs without being able to maintain the results. Deciding to have gastric sleeve surgery was a big step for me, and I spent a lot of time thinking about it before making my decision.
What I appreciated most was feeling supported throughout the process. The surgery itself went well, and although the first few weeks required a lot of patience and lifestyle changes, I gradually started feeling better and more energetic.
This journey has been about much more than seeing a lower number on the scale. I feel more comfortable moving around, my clothes fit differently, and I have a completely different mindset about my health. It hasn't been an instant transformation, but it has given me the motivation and opportunity to build a healthier life. I'm very happy with my decision and grateful for the care I received.
