OMG, I don’t even know how to begin…

2 years ago, I was hopeless, depressed and tired. At 233 pounds on a 5’4 body frame, my knees made me unable to walk more than 10 minutes, therefore I had to leave my loving career behind.(hairstylist/beauty instructor)

Couch bounded, sick and just sad I was broken in every way.

Until one day I read something online about ESG and decided to look further.
