just a month 45 pounds less. I am very happy for having taken the sedition to change my life and put myself in the hands of Dr. Kasavarshi. I am very proud and grateful for him, for having made my dream come true. The best Doctor in world

so very excited for you. I had a gastric bypass in August of 1999. Yes in those days it was 5 days in hospital, came home with drains and needed to tube feed myself. However, what a wonderful journey it has been. complications along the way though nothing out of the ordinary, gallbladder out . I loved my doctors from Boston and they were so supported of me. I weighed in at 349 lbs. I am 67 today and weigh 130lbs. You have been given a gift, its what you do with it that is most important. I can't stress the importance of getting out and walking. This will help with not only in inches coming off but putting you in a great mindset. Try not to experiment with foods that your doctor does not want you to eat. The longer you hold off on the sugar and high carbs you will lose quicker and be more in control. You will control what you eat not be thinking of your next meal. Again, you are off to a great start. So very proud of you! Your life is just beginning, it will be difficult at times, though I know you will make. Keep up the good work, so many people are cheering you on. You make me feel HAPPY!!
You look amazing! Congrats on your weight loss.
