November 2017 update

Hey Guys so i havent taken any new photos im going to wait till December but i did have to get weighed last week at the hospital i was having very painful abdominal pain to the point i was having hot and cold flashes then fainted. i was severely constipated and possibly dehydrated.

i found out that i was 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant what a shocker i was disappointed that it happened so early because i did want to wait the recommended time of 18 months - 2 years but i am blessed and happy that i will be growing another life that i do love unconditionally already.

i am currently going on 5 months post op i am 90 Lbs down i weighed last week at 220 LBS

Ill keep you all posted on my newest journey.

what i will say is that please do be as safe as possible because becoming pregnant while you are still recovering is very rough. i still cannot eat i struggle to get 2 meals in a day and im still struggling to get my vitamins in and protein which is essential to you and baby.

i dont want to sound like a party pooper but do wait the recommended time.. this was not planned i was on birth control (the Pill) which at the time since my doctors never mentioned is non effective for weight loss patients. and i got every single period so doctors are monitoring me very aggressively due to they dont really know how far along i since i got every single period they want to make sure that the baby is developing and growing like it should so prayers please that i do have a healthy and smooth pregnancy.

update

I will not be posting any photos until November or maybe December, but i did tackle my first stall.

i was at a point almost all of October which i never had any weight lost but officially i am 230 Lbs i cut down on my starches and started to do more cardio i think the starches made a big effect so im trying to limit the amount of rice, pasta, breads and potatoes i eat now and ive seen improvement less bloating, less tiredness, and the obvious the decrees in weight
