3wks in 6.2kg down
So, it's been 3wks since my procedure and I have lost 6.2kg, my week 2 was miserable cause I suffered severe cramps, nausea and morning vomiting. I am all good now and just started light workouts.
The real fight is mental cause even when I am not hungry I am thinking of eating or snacking on something and I need to figure out how to stop that.

Gastric Balloon
I just got my balloon in exactly 1 week ago and I have lost 3kg...Yayyy
But before you get all excited the discomfort is next level. I had the procedure on Sunday the 16th of Aug and by the Tuesday of that week I was fine, no pain or nausea in fact I was so comfortable that I went for a full spa, waxing session on Wednesday even went parasailing.
On Saturday I got back home and had some rice but apparently it was too much even though it looked small and so I was uncomfortable for a while and eventually threw up.
Yesterday, Sunday which made it exactly one week since I had the procedure, I started feeling cramps and pains in my upper stomach and it didn't stop or reduce till this(Monday) afternoon. As I type I am uncomfortable from drinking too much water....which I have too else I am dehydrated and my pee is the color of lucozade boost original.
