Love all the reviews, what to expect, and how to prepare. I have to admit reading the reviews has given me some cold feet. It sounds like a lot to endure. The whole process has been demanding thus far. its so tough to decide on the right surgeon. I have not talked to my friends about it because I don't want to defend my decisions.

Good luck! I liked dr Emerson but ultimately chose a different doctor. Is $8k for just the tummy tuck?

That price is for TT and lipo on hips and back. What Dr. Did you go with? I'm going to try and have mine done by the end of Sept.

One avenue to explore is asking any hospital nurses you might know or someone that knows a nurse. Most hospital nurses know the quality of surgeons, regardless of what department they work in. You also might be able to contact your state's medical division or go online. Many states make public knowledge if a doc has had any malpractice decisions or pending decisions.
