It's almost over

$5,800
Haven't been on here much, there hasn't really been anything to report! I am currently wearing my last tray which I just recieved on Monday. My next appointment is on feb 1st! During that appointment my attachments will be removed and my two front chipped teeth with be shaved down and made even! I will also be getting a permanent bar placed on the back of my top row. This invisilgn treatment has been a breeze and very much painless after about tray 7 or so!

Tray 4 day 1

So today I went to visit my orthodontist to pick up trays 4,5,&6. I left the office wearing 4 which fit very tight but I have yet to experience any pain although when I wake up and remove them I pretty much know which teeth will be sore, lol. Before I left, my ortho advised me that during the next visit that my bottom teeth will require shaving :-( to help the teeth move and so my top and bottom will line up correctly. My top teeth currently when smiling cover my bottom teeth I'm assuming this is called a overbite or overjet? Has anyone else gotten shaving done after the start of treatment? My treatment has been doing great so far but this process worries me.

Tray # 3

On Sunday night 3/15 before I went to bed I switched over to tray #3. The bottom aligners slipped over my teeth with ease. The top tray i had to push onto my teeth. The trays are very snug but did not hurt. When I awoke on Monday morning my top teeth my two front teeth and the ones surrounding the gap on the left side are very sore just as they were with tray 1. Today is 3/17 the top teeth are still very sore but the pain is manageable, although putting in the aligners hurt.
