I have the fat gene in my family plus I had a c-section which made it so hard to lose weight in my upper body. I had SmartLipo 360 done yesterday with Dr. The surgery ran longer than expected but it was successful. I have lots of drainage, and I am very sore. I can't wait to see the results. I am happy that I did this with this doctor.

Hi Geminigenie good on you. I'm in a similar position 39yo mum of 9yo. I try to be fit but have the fat family gene :> lol..

My smart lipo procedure is on the 19th of Apr.. I'm so v nervous though..

It was quite an adjustment and I needed more help than anticipated. I recommend stocking your fridge with easy to digest foods and drinks, and before you go into the surgery, put old sheets in layers on your bed, because the drainage may leak. I wish you the best of luck in your procedure.

I had smartlipo 360 done yesterday on my whole abdomen, whole back, sides, and buffalo hump area. I felt dizzy and wobbly after. The wound dressings were leaky and I had to use chux on my bed and in the car. I also got my period during the surgery. They put a diaper on me over the compression garment. My surgery was on Wednesday and I am allowed to shower on Friday, and wash my compression

Hey Gemini,
I just had my smart lipo today.
So sore, swollen, bleedy, oozy and achy everywhere.
Don't know how i'm going to sleep.. I feel like crying and tears welling up as I write this..
I am hoping its worth it..

Recovering Slowly But Surely

I had my Smartlipo 360 on Wednesday, 4-5-17, and my follow-up yesterday, 4-8-17. My compression garment is a little looser. The arnica and bromelain is helping reduce the swelling and bruising. My doctor is pleased, and said that I am ready for a smaller compression garment, which I have already ordered on Amazon for $60. I'm anxious to see my results and finally be able to wear a bikini this summer. I can't wait to see the final results.
