Grand Plastic Surgery- Unprofessional?

They rushed the consultation and I'm sure they did an alright job. I had an initial consultation that lasted merely 20 minutes. I was seen by a consultant clothed in a cute uniform who tried to persuade me to get other procedures done, but I was stubborn that I only wanted a chin implant. They had the head doctor come in just for show, who simply looked at me and nodded. The consultant and translator kept repeating not to be alarmed by his attitude, but I couldn't care less. I am familiar with the procedure and work at a medical institution myself. When I explained that I would have to get back to them since I had other consultation from other hospitals, they dropped the price immediately and quickly persuaded me to place a deposit to schedule the surgery. On the day of the surgery, they took pictures of my profile and I had another 20 minutes to talk to my surgeon. I asked him for details but he simply stated that he would choose a size of an implant during the surgery. The implant would be secured to my jaw using two screws, and placed using an intraoral approach. He didn't look at pictures and rushed me into the surgery. I spent several minutes gargling iodine and woke up in the recovery room. I had 30 minutes in the recovery room after I woke up to change and leave. The pain level was quite high at this point, but they could not give me any further medication.
3 days later, I came back for my second appointment in the afternoon to have everything checked. I had gargled my mouth before and after every meal. She placed an anti-inflammatory ointment close to the sutures and scheduled an appointment for exactly one week after my surgery date at 3PM in the afternoon. I didn't have the chance to even meet with the doctor, but I requested to see him before I finish my recovery. The lady at the front desk promised me a chance to meet with my doctor on my next appointment at 3PM.
Today is the day of that appointment. I received a call stating that my appointment was for 9 or 10 AM instead of 3PM like they had told me. They claimed I had missed my appointment. This is absolutely not possible considering I had a friend with me that ALSO placed in his calendar to assist me to Grand Plastic Surgery by 3PM. This is unacceptable behavior and I had been counting down to this date to remove my sutures. No apology has been given so far for their mistake. I am absolutely dismayed by their unprofessional behavior. The consultant had called me back and requested that I be there in 1 hour instead. Regardless, I am very disappointed; I trusted this medical institution due to their reputation.
