Hi. I'm scheduled 3rd November. Similar height and going for 300-350. Im not telling anyone at work and only husband and two friends know. I've been wearing increasing amounts of padding every day and am now wearing 325cc padding and no one has noticed so I figure I should get away with it. Having it done in winter will help to mask the effect. I've always worn some padding so the increase isn't too dramatic. Remember that we've always been insecure and unhappy with our small boobs and notice the size of other women. But those women that aren't small just don't pay that much attention. Unless you want people to know there's no need to say anything.
October 13, 2014
Oh I am sure they will notice I don't wear hardly any padding in my bras. I have never really had any issues with having small breast. I just think it will pretty fun to have some. Lol. Are you going under the muscle on yours?
October 13, 2014
Oh you're lucky not to have an issue with it. I've always hated it and feel I look like a 12 year old naked. Long to fill a bra!! I'm going over the muscle. Having abatomical high profile. Do you know what size you're going to have?
October 13, 2014
Whoops. Just seen you're 350cc. You sound really chilled about it. Wish I were!!
October 14, 2014
I am trying to remain calm. Lol but when I think about it I become a nervous wreck. The main thing I worry about us what other people are to say and I know I should not but I can't help it. I have never really fine anything for myself always taking care if my family so it is my time. I think my husband is really excited.
October 14, 2014
Yeah my husband was worried at first but think he realises now it's going to make me happy so he's cool with it. At first I was really worried about people noticing but I've been wearing padded bras to the 300cc size and only one person has said that she thinks I look like I've lost weight. Guess the bigger boobs make your waist look smaller. I'm actually not worried now if people notice. I just don't want to look silly. If it's in proportion I'll be happy. Don't worry. Most people won't say anything even if they do. I also figured if I wear padding now and anyone asks I can just say I've got new bras with more padding and lift and then change the subject. That way I'm not lying (which I find hard) and they won't ask again. Glad you're doing this for yourself. Super treat. We all want to look the best we can. Keep in touch.

We have the same date! We also have similar stats! I'm getting 400cc Sientra shaped implants under the muscle. I don't think you need to tell anyone. It's totally your own business. I'm very excited and at this point a few of my best girlfriends, my mom, and husband know. I'm not planning on openly sharing the information, but if someone asks I will not deny it. If they look great, I will feel confident and happy.

Oh my three weeks left

Mylovelyladylumps
So I am really excited. I paid for my surgery today and my pre op is next Wednesday. I am going to try to decide on my size that day. Such a big decision. I need some help from you ladies please. Is there anything I should buy now that I will need after my surgery, I see alot of you have purchased pillows and cream. What should I take to help with my recovery. I am a pretty healthily fit gal, I go to the gym alot. I know that will be on hold for awhile. Any advise would be great.

This is so exciting!!! I'm pretty close to your stats... and I decided on a 375cc and I am thrilled. They don't look too big on me at all but I wouldn't have wanted any bigger...especially because I am so active. I need to post new pictures soon for my 2 week update..they seem to be getting better every day :) best advice I can give you, get one of those sitting pillows with the arms. it was my LIFESAVER. and lots of bendy straws makes drinking a lot easier. AND PEAS. LOTS OF FROZEN PEAS...to use for icing the girls of course.
November 6, 2014
Yes I am going yo target today for a pillow for sure and the straws thanks. I looked at your pics and you where the same size I am now. The 375 look really good on you, can't wait to see the updated pics. How long did the Dr tell you it would be before you can be active (working out).
November 6, 2014
Honestly he didnt give me a time line... But I couldn't even walk a block without getting dizzy and out of breathe for a week after surgery. And then once I felt good enough to walk...my boobs hurt SO much so I had to get a soft no wire bra to wear only for exercise. I started going for walks.. Try to go a biy further every time. But I'm guessing 6-8 weeks before running.
November 6, 2014
Also, just posted new 2 week boob picture on my page :)
November 6, 2014
Oh ok what size bra are you wearing now,
November 6, 2014
32D, maybe DD after they fully heal/drop. but they don't look "big" on my body at all.
November 6, 2014
No they don't look big. They look really good. I hope mine turn out as good.
November 11, 2014
They will! can't wait to see before and after pictures!!

LIFESAVER....forget the peas, get two-three Ace reusable size large or x large cold compress, you can buy them on Amazon. They DO NOT sweat, and do not get gross and smelly like the peas. They are about $11 each, well worth it, keep one on the other in the freezer, they are very soft and pliable. Ice is your best friend the first week or so. The Ace packs fit right across your chest and into surgical bra (or over). I would fall asleep with one on, and if I woke up during the night my husband would just run downstairs grab a fresh one hand it to me and go back to sleep;-) I kept a chair with a tall back (like a kitchen chair) up against my bed for a few days, just helped with getting in and out of bed, something sturdy to brace yourself into bed and sitting up. Hope that helps!
November 18, 2014
yes thanks I will order those Order those tomorrow, did you take any thing for swelling and bruising. I see we're some do.

November 18, 2014
I did take 1/2 percet for a couple days and then when do advil for about 4 days, and the to extra strength tylenol for about 5 days. The perc really help you get rest, and rest and ice are the two things you need the most :-)
November 18, 2014
Ordered my ice packs today off amazon got two large for 19,00
User Avatar
November 19, 2014
Awesome, You will love them, especially bc the fabric is soft and they are bendable. If your stomach can tolerate advil/ibuprophen will help with the swelling more then Tylenol. My PS prescribed 800mg of Ibupro, it's a little rough on the system, so if you use it don't over use it, and remember you can take tylenol/advil in intervals for pain management, i.e., if you take advil at 7am, you can take tylenol at 9 or 10am, but remember you can't take advil for another 5-6 hours, so staggering meds is important for pain management. Try to eat something small and light before and with the advil/ibupr especially. :-)
November 19, 2014
Great advise I I don't have any trouble with Advil did you tHese along with pain meds and muscle relaxers
User Avatar
November 19, 2014
I used perc for a few days but only 1/2 pill each day, no muscle relaxers. My PS didn't offer, I am sure she would have if I asked. The big thing is how is your pain tolerance? That will be a good pre-determiner for what you will need/want.
November 19, 2014
I think it is really high did the natural child birth thing twice lol hurt like hell but I did it.

I wish I had seen this 5 weeks ago. I would have loved those ice bags. In my medicated mind I was trying to describe an ice pack like this, that would have been perfect. ha!
November 20, 2014
I know right mine are on the way!!
User Avatar
November 20, 2014
Me to, natural on both, but got through it :-)! I have a fairly high pain tolerance, so you will probably be good to go. The best way I could explain to people when they asked was it felt like my milk had come in when I was nursing and I couldn't get it out, just very tight, like you worked your chest out really hard.
November 20, 2014
Ok got cha. I spoke with the girls at the PS seems like all them have had a BA and they say it is not that bad so I am hoping that's true. I only have 6 more days!!!!
November 18, 2014
I am 49 and getting mine on December 4th! I am very nervous! Let me know how you do!
November 18, 2014
I am so nervous but this site had really help me alot, I had my pre op last Thursday so that help alittle bit also just scared if all the what ifs.
November 18, 2014
I hear ya! I think I'm more afraid of going with the wrong size?? This site is a great resource though. I to, am going with 350 unders. Are you doing hp?
November 18, 2014
Yes HP gummies I was going 350 until my pre op and after talking to the dr and nurses I am thinking 375. He is going to take a couple different sizes and see what works best I have so little breast tissue he thinks the 375 will make me a fullC
November 19, 2014
I know there is not much difference between 325 and 350, but.......for some reason it is keeping me up at night. Lol... I am 5'5, 125 and am a small B cup. I would be happy with a med/large C. Is your ps going to try different sizes while you are under??
November 19, 2014
Yes he will try couple different ones. He and the nurses then decide what looks best.
