I am 28 years old. I had my son in 2010. I breastfed so my fellow mothers know what that does to your nice perky prebaby breast. I am a 36B at VS. Stats: 5'0; 150 lbs; I have a very curvy lower half. For the woman who wonder what not a flat stomach, very short woman, with hips and a butt look like pre and post op.. follow my story. I have been wanting a boob job for many years now. I've gone back and forth trying to be happy with my natural breast but finally I have made the decision to have the surgery. I have researched and researched and researched some more. I live in Florida. I did virtual consults with CG Cosmetics, Spectrum Aesthetics, and South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery. The prices were slightly cheaper in South Florida but the reviews, the impression I got from the staff, and photos of work didn't leave me with the best feeling. I met with a plastic surgeon in my local city of Gainesville, FL. I felt very comfortable at my consultation. There are a couple surgeons in my area but I went by word of mouth from friends and family. Dr. Poser was very friendly and so has all the staff I have encountered so far. The office is very nice in Town of Tioga. He asked what size did I end up being while breastfeeding and I was a very full D. He asked if I was pleased with that size and I was. I was very pleased when he said my breasts weren't in bad shape at all. He then recommended 450ccs high profile Natrelle saline implants, under the muscle, NO LIFT, either periareolar or inframmary incision. I'm leaning towards inframmary incision because I have my nipples pierced (he will put them back in before I wake up) and in case I decide to have one more child I would rather not mess with my nipples or ability to breastfeed. My preop appointment is March 7, 2017 and surgery is scheduled for March 20, 2017. I am extremely excited and can't wait for the big day. I will update after preop when I try on sizers and we finalize my surgery goal. I'm interested in maybe 500 ccs but we shall see.

I would strongly advise inframammary incision and definately 500cc...as we all say hun~ if you are in doubt always choose the higher amount cause you will always wish you had gone bigger afterwards... Can't wait to follow your journey .. Hugs xo

Thank you! I'm going to go with inframmary incision and go as big as I can go. Go big or go home right. At preop when I get to actually try on sizers and measure my anatomy I think I will have a better picture of how many CCs I can get. Can't wait to actually have my breast done. It's been a long time coming and I'm dieting right now prepping for surgery

Yesterday was my preop appointment. I got my prescriptions, tried on sizer, had my photos taken, went through paperwork, had all my questions answered, and I decided to add a Brazilian Butt Lift!!!! I didn't even know it was an option but, I am thrilled. A little nervous.. I'm so close to surgery day and now I need to prep for two procedures at the same time. I bought arnica gel and tablets, a probiotic, bromelain, and a spanx compression garment today. I still have a few more supplies to purchase and make my BBL recovery chair.. **got this idea from a real self doll?** will post pics of all my surgery supplies and set up when complete. ?????????????

So I went to my 1st post op Appt today. I got 520 ccs, saline, high profile breast implants. I love them already. Even with them being very high and tight they are symmetrical and I woke up with my nipple piercings back in. I did the inframmary fold incision so I do have stitches that will be removed next week. Using ice packs frequently. I did breast augmentation combined with a BBL so recovery is a little different.

Don't worry about the bloating you mention...that will gradually subside with time...but it does take time! Focus on your recovery, eating well, resting, etc. We will be curious to see how your recovery goes since you also had the BBL!

March 23, 2017
Hi lady! I hope everything goes well with you! May I ask, how much with bbl?

Today has been a rough day. My BBL cost an additional $4000 with my breast augmentation of $4200 (with natrelle saline warranty).

Awww!! I hope you get all better soon! Hang in there. I haven't been through it YET but from what I have read everything gets better with time and patience
