After 10 yrs and 3 months from my first augmentation, my right breast implant deflated. Kim and Dr. Gaines worked with me and discussed my options with me thoroughly. Dr. Gaines is thorough, professional, extremely knowledgable, and compassionate. I felt the comfort and care I needed throughout my contact with his entire staff. It was a very smooth, pleasant experience from the first phone call through surgery and after, at my follow up appointments. I had not been planning to have this procedure done, but I am so very glad I chose Dr. Gaines to be my provider. I would not hesitate to go back.

Dr. Gaines is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He spent all the time I needed during my appointments and surgery. He explained my procedure, including options and risks thoroughly. He has a wonderful bedside manner and follow up. He called me the evening after my procedure that morning and made himself available if I were to need anything. I can't say enough positive things about how cared for I felt by him and his entire staff. 5 stars all the way.
