After 10 yrs and 3 months from my first augmentation, my right breast implant deflated. Kim and Dr. Gaines worked with me and discussed my options with me thoroughly. Dr. Gaines is thorough, professional, extremely knowledgable, and compassionate. I felt the comfort and care I needed throughout my contact with his entire staff. It was a very smooth, pleasant experience from the first phone call through surgery and after, at my follow up appointments. I had not been planning to have this procedure done, but I am so very glad I chose Dr. Gaines to be my provider. I would not hesitate to go back.
