as a girl who has always had a round butt i never wanted it any larger. i've always wanted to stay petite but with the most enhanced tiny waist possible. my point is...most people get a bigger butt to give the illusion of an hourglass but that's not my goal, which is why i decided to start planning my rib removal. i have already gotten breast implants which have definitley given the illusion of a smaller waist, especially from the side view i'm pretty much a stick, but my waistline isn't as deep as id like from the front.

there are 3 types of rib removal. i will be getting type 2 rib removal which includes removing sections of your latissimus dorsi muscle and removing 3 of your ribs on each side. this is not the classic rib removal technique as the incision is a bit different but it does offer maximum waistline narrowing due to a more flexible incision location which is all i really care about

i plan to do a virtual consult with dr eppley and i truly trust he can accomplish my goal. i love that he's pretty much an unconventional plastic surgeon who goes against the grain of most us surgeons. if someone wants a certain look then that's what they want and best believe they'll figure out how to get it!

i also think i will be getting my calf implants done with him at the same time because id be in the same position for both procedures which works out perfectly!

i plan to do this within the next 2 years....but knowing me it'll probably be much earlier!

im 21 right now and working on my school to become a rn and all i think about is how im going to be the most perfect nurse after all my surgeries. sorry not sorry!

im interested in this surgeon as well but he only does type one rib removal...i feel like if im gonna get it done i need as much from my waist removed possible
