african american female forehead reduction

i've been wanting this for sooooo long. i've had 2/3 sessions of plastic surgery done and this will be my 3/3. i waited the longest for these surgeries (forehead reduction and calf implants) because they're 'unnecessary' and no one will really notice them except for me but it's finally time to complete my looksmaxxing journey!! my forehead is actually somehow numerically proportionate with my face but it looks huge because it naturally recedes. i wear v part wigs (only about 2 inches of my hair shows in the front) so im not really worried about scars. i already use a ton of makeup and root powder so that's the last thing im worried about. i'm lucky i found a surgeon that can do both of these uncommon surgeries in one session. i plan on getting this done by the end of the year. can't wait!

i had my virtual consult for forehead reduction and officially picked my surgeon!! $150 for a consult and it goes towards your surgery. he was really kind and thorough, the first thing he brought up was that i’m still young and might regret it later. i actually appreciated that, because it showed me he wasn’t just trying to “sell” me the surgery. he wanted to make sure i understood what i was asking for and that i was doing it for the right reasons.

i measured myself and forehead is about 7 cm and my goal is 5.0~5.3 so around 3 cm. he has done 4 cm before with no tissue expanders so this shouldn't be a problem at all.

i know some people think forehead reduction is extreme, but for me it feels like the final step toward balancing my features. i've been extremely insecure about my forehead since a young child and this seems like a dream come true. especially to be able to go to the BEST forehead reduction surgeon in the world.
