UPDATE: Clinic Manager Ghosts Me & Ac?badem Deletes Official Google Reply
"CRITICAL UPDATE: After exposing their unlicensed technician surgery, the clinic's medical manager (a pharmacist illegally practicing as a doctor) completely blocked my contact number and deleted his WhatsApp channels to evade accountability. Furthermore, they briefly posted an official reply to my review before panicking and deleting it entirely to hide the evidence. I have securely exported all chat logs and backed up the deleted responses for regulatory and legal purposes."

WARNING: 1,250 Wasted Grafts, 6cm Juvenile Unnatural Hairline, and 100% Technician Surgery at Clinicana / Acibadem Hospital
1. 100% Technician Surgery (Violation of Turkish Law 1219)
My consultation lasted a rushed 10–15 minutes with no proper assessment equipment. During the actual surgery, the entire procedure—including the critical incisions/channel openings—was executed 100% by unlicensed technicians. No licensed plastic surgeon or medical doctor ever stepped foot in the operating room to oversee my care.
2. Pharmacist Acting as a Medical Doctor
My post-operative care and heavy pharmaceutical prescriptions were handled entirely by the clinic's "medical manager," who is a registered pharmacist illegally acting in the capacity of a physician. I was pushed to start topical Minoxidil on Day 2 post-op, which directly contradicted standard medical guidelines, leading to worsening the already there severe tissue trauma (Necrosis) and two months of painful physical complications where I lost massive amounts of grafts.
3. Severe Over-Harvesting & Donor Depletion
According to the clinic's own post-op medical report sent via email, they extracted 3,750 grafts when only 2,500 were actually required for my scalp. Due to the poor hairline design 1,250 of my finite donor grafts were permanently wasted.
4. Anatomical Deformity (6cm Juvenile Hairline)
The hairline they created completely ignored my facial proportions, structure, and age (48). They placed the hairline a mere 6cm above my glabella (mid-eyebrow point), creating an unnatural juvenile hairline. Furthermore, they completely failed to fix the visible recession and asymmetry on the right side of my face, leaving me with a permanent public deformity that will now require an incredibly expensive, multi-stage repair surgery.
5. Ac?badem Hospital Evading Liability (JCI Violation)
When I reached out to the host facility, Ac?badem Health Group, their administration verbally told me they are "just a landlord renting rooms" to Clinicana and hold no liability. This is an explicit violation of international JCI Governance Standard GLD.6, which mandates that accredited hospital groups take absolute responsibility for all contracted clinical services operating within their facilities.
Current Legal Status:
I have formally opened official active enforcement files against both Clinicana and Ac?badem Hospital with the Turkish Ministry of Health (Uluslararas? Hasta Destek Birimi / USHA?) via file tracking at support.ht@saglik.gov.tr, as well as C?MER (The Turkish Presidency Communication Center).
I am demanding a full refund and complete coverage for an independent corrective reconstruction. I strongly advise all Western patients looking for safety and doctor-led care to avoid Clinicana and Ac?badem at all costs.
