A Totally Failed Proceedure . . . American Hair Restoration

It has been a year now since I saw Dr. Adair. The whole process was centered around the thin hair (bald spot) behind my bangs was my goal. He then added another 800 plugs to personalize the proceedure. I was told over several contacts (wait 6 months, wait 9 months, wait 12 months). Bald spot still there, and as per our appointment today he denied we ever had that discussion, denied he put hair behind the bangs, stating "it was not in the square", which it most definitely was. I let him know they did not fulfill any of the statements to date and it is just like it is when I came in with the same bald spot. If you are a customer looking for a hair transplant go elsewhere! Dr. Adairs last statement today "sorry it didn't work out and ended the conversation. Needless to say that is not the end and I will be sending a subrogation letter to your office so you can rectify that which you guaranteed and did not fulfill. Customers beware!
