My Smile Hair Clinic Experience
My experience with Smile Hair Clinic has been exceptional from start to finish. From the initial contact via WhatsApp to the surgery itself, everything was seamless and well-organized. I chose the Platinum Package, and from the moment I booked my operation date and flights, my assigned case manager guided me through each step of the process. Prior to my departure for Istanbul, I received detailed instructions, which made the journey smooth and stress-free.
Upon arriving at the airport, a representative from the clinic’s transportation partner was waiting for me at the exit. They quickly transferred me to a Smile Clinic driver, who took me directly to the hotel in a comfortable, well-maintained van—an excellent start to the experience. That evening, I received a message from the clinic confirming my surgery for the following afternoon, and I was informed that the driver would contact me for pickup the next day.
The following day, the driver took me to the clinic, where I completed some paperwork before being introduced to the doctor. After a brief consultation and final approval of the plan, the surgery began. The procedure involved a blood test, followed by head shaving, and anesthesia shots, which were surprisingly painless. The entire surgery took about 6-8 hours, during which I was given lunch in between the extraction and graft implantation phases. The process was comfortable, and the staff were professional throughout.
After the surgery, I was provided with a care package containing all the necessary medications and instructions. The clinic’s driver then returned me to the hotel, where I was advised to sleep upright at a 30-degree angle with a neck pillow to aid recovery.
The next morning, I enjoyed breakfast before being driven back to the clinic for my first post-surgery hair wash. The staff cleaned my wounds, applied fresh bandages, and provided a detailed instructional video, answering any questions I had. Once this was complete, the driver took me back to the airport for my flight home.
Overall, the process was highly professional from start to finish, and even now, the clinic continues to check in to ensure everything is progressing well. I’m very satisfied with my experience at Smile Hair Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.
