I had been contemplating getting a hair transplant for a very long time. My main hesitation was just in making sure I found the very best option for me. After extensive research over months/years I finally landed on Dr.Ilker. This wasn't just because of the amazing reviews I was able to read up on him, but also his unparalleled credentials, the incredible natural results I was able to check out and the seamless communication from him and his team from the outset. It's a nerve-wracking experience but Dr. Ilker, Cansu and Kaan put me at complete ease from day one. Any question I had (and I had a lot) they answered without any hesitation. She brought me through everything I needed to know and do - totally reassuring me at every step (needless to say I was a little nervous, particularly as I was there by myself). My consultation with Dr.Ilker was great. He really listened to what I was trying to achieve and took me through in great detail what he thought the best plan of action for the hairline was. Every member of staff that I met was so professional, and the attention to detail was exceptional from Dr.Ilker himself and the nurses. In the end, he actually ended up extracting more grafts than initially anticipated at no extra cost so I'm delighted! Cansu, and the whole team, made a long, potentially scary day so easy and comfortable for me. After the procedure no standards have slipped at all, Cansu has been there consistently for me, in bringing me through my first wash, talking me through the aftercare, and keeping in touch with me since to make sure everything is okay. It's early days (the procedure was only 5 days ago) but early signs look really promising for an amazing result. By the speed of the way, it's healing it looks like it was an incredibly clean procedure carried out to the highest possible standard.
