FUE Hair Transplant at Kafuring in Beijing, China

WORTH IT$3,800
After about a year of research I chose the hair transplant at Kafuring in Beijing, China. I flew from Ohio to Beijing to have an FUE transplant on April 1 2019. I paid $4,800 US for 3,054 grafts using the Implanter Pen Technology. Regular FUE method (tweezers) was $3,800. This price included the procedure, transportation to and from the airport, and the room which is just 1 floor above the clinic which in my opinion was great. It covers 3 nights and they bring the food to the room or can go downstairs to socialize. The flight was not included but free with my United Air miles (I recommend everyone to sign up).
Everything was discussed ahead of time with their Doctor on WeChat Messenger. I sent her pictures and asked him several questions that went on several months before making the decision. She was great to respond and always went out of her way to answer any question I had.
I am 38 and have been noticing a receding hair line/thinning for the past 10 years The whole procedure took around 6 hours and from what I counted at least a dozen people helping during the procedure. I personally had a girl a translator sit next to me to inform me what was going on and if I was in any pain she could relay the message. First 2 hours was spent taking grafts from the back. Had a quick lunch maybe 15 minutes while the team separated the grafts under a microscope from 1,2, 3 hair follicles. Once back in the room we started on the front which took maybe 4 hours. The whole operations was nearly painless except for the shots to numb the areas, but even at that barely any pain at all. I can handle pain pretty good though. Put it this way a tattoo is much more painful.
The reason I chose Kafuring was because I've been to Beijing back in 2012. I felt very comfortable going alone. The people are the friendliest you will ever meet. I felt safer in Beijing walking the streets late at night than walking my streets here in Ohio. Even though food was included and was amazing I did wonder to the first floor where there was a KFC :). The photos speak for themselves. I loved every minute of the trip and will post my results in weeks/months to come. If any questions let me know I will try to help anyone who might be interested.

Day 10

All scabs fell off 2 days ago by themselves. Redness is nearly all gone. From what I've seen I either heal fast or Kafuring does an awesome job! I think it's a bit of both. Hard to take good pics but I tried

Looking good man, your results blow all the turkey hack jobs and even some of the Bosley stuff I've seen out of the water. You might not even shed much with how fast it healed. I had similar results in Thailand (2000 grafts FUE) and only shed probably 25-40% of the hairs within the first months. I don't know how they do it, but they do some miracle work in Asia.

Thanks man. I agree when reputation on the line they strive to be the best at what they do. They all laughed when I brought up Turkey.
