Great Experience: Pre, During, and Post

Overall, I had a very positive experience. I am only two weeks out from a FUE procedure, so it will be a while before I get to see the true results. However, I felt the need to post a review now and my experience prior, during, and immediately after has been exceptional. I am a planner. I like to know exactly what I am getting into, I plan accordingly, and then everything tends to go smoothly. Anderson Hair Center was very descriptive and patient with me as I went through the evaluation, decision, and preparation phases. I asked a lot of questions and always got prompt if not immediate replies. I called around and Anderson was the best I found at explaining what exactly was going to take place and what I needed to do in order to prepare and have a successful procedure. Dr. Wetzel went over what was about to take place on the procedure day, which was over before I knew what happened. He was great at explaining what I needed to do during the recovery and sent me home with everything I needed. I had detailed instructions and what I needed to make the recovery as stress free as possible. I could text Dr. Wetzel if I had any questions and received a follow-up call as planned during predetermined points in time. Communication during the entire process could not have been better. I look forward to see the final results in time and will report back then
