Great Experience with Dr. Wetzel

I had a great experience with Dr. Wetzel and Anderson Hair. It started with the free consultation that was not a high-pressure environment. They took the time to examine and offer personalized options for me to consider. Nelson went over various options from medications, laser, to surgical. We were able to discuss those options and reasonable expectations. I left the consultation with a lot more knowledge and a price quote to make the decision. They provided great follow up after the visit as well when I had further questions. They always responded quickly and thoroughly. Once I decided to move forward with some of those options including FUE, they were able to schedule me within my requested time frame. The instructions prior to the surgery were clear and concise. I had no trouble following the prep. I stayed the night before in a hotel nearby as I was coming in from another state. This made it very easy in the morning. They were on time and waiting for me upon arrival. The day went very smooth and just as described. I was onsite all day with primarily extraction in the morning and placement in the afternoon. Any time I felt discomfort, they quickly addressed and I was good. Post op, my recovery was just as they described it would be, no real surprises. Their guidance and care documents were clear. I also had post op questions to which they continued to answer very promptly and were always available. I had very minor pain. If anything, just discomfort trying to sleep and being itchy. Overall, the experience was better than expected and I will remain a client of Anderson Hair and Dr. Wetzel.
