Excellent Process from Start to Finish

I found the process completely professional with extra attention given to the service and making sure we felt comfortable. I went in for the consultation and immediately felt that I would get treated with the utmost in care and consideration from the mere booking over the phone to the initial consult. Mark took great care in answering all questions from the most pedestrian to the most specific. He also made sure to introduce myself to the people performing the procedure, Tony and Anthony. He took time leading up to the procedure to answer any questions, and they sent me very specific instructions to prepare for the procedure. On the day of the procedure, the nurse very professionally asked further questions and proceeded to make me feel comfortable by answering more questions I had. Without further ado, they got started and after finishing they took great care to tell me specifically what I must do post-op and I feel confident that my recovery shall proceed swimmingly. They also made ABSOLUTELY sure that they remain available to remain a continued resource if I develop any further concerns or complications.
