Hair is growing and the hairline looks pretty good, but it appears more hair needs to sprout before full assessment.
The only positive of the Corona virus is that no one can see the ugly duckling phase during the self isolation.

3 week update
1. As expected, some of my donor hair shafts are now falling out. I would say I still have 60% of my donor hair shafts. I’m not looking forward to the ‘ugly duckling’ phase, which I consider is starting now.
2. I will post update pictures around the 4 months post-op time frame or when I start seeing new hair growth.
3. I’ve not had any shock hair loss yet.
4. The donor area is still a bit tender.
5. I am now permitted to start Minoxidil, so I’ll apply twice a day.
6. Dr. Ilker has been very responsive when I did message.

You'll notice some shedding on one side. The Dr. Ilker says hairs will fall of irregularly and it's normal.
The my donor area has hair growing back quickly. I'm also taking Biotin to help with hair growth.
I will be expecting more of the transplanted hair to fallout in the next few weeks and will post update, when appropriate.

I believe prices may vary. I paid 3600 Euro, which included the following:
1. Dr. Ilker doing the work (well, the important parts)
2. 2 night stay at 5-star hotel (TZL SUITES), which is 3 minute walk to hospital
3. all transport from hotel and airport
4. medication/shampoo
5. PRP
6. The hat!!!
I paid for flight from North America and also stayed an extra week and visited Istanbul with my partner. I changed my hotel to different part of city, but Dr. Ilker’s team still ensured that the transfer back to the airport happened from new hotel to airport.
I considered other doctors in Istanbul that were cheaper, but I wanted a doctor to perform the important parts of the hair transplant plant.
