Here are updated pics of the lips and eyes. Love the look, I was always striving for subtle to shorten my daily routine, and I feel that was accomplished.

Day 4/5
kmangini84March 5, 2017
On day 4 I woke up and applied my usual A&D ointment, and within an hour of doing so my lips starting peeling, FINALLY! I was eating breakfast and kept a damp paper towel to dab in between bites, and little pieces of dried color were coming off. By midday my bottom lip had peeled completely, but the scabs on the top were a little thicker (I think she went a bit deeper there, which is why my upper lip was more swollen initially, and oozed more on day 2). On day five, my upper lip peeled completely. The color left over looks great, maybe a little more pink then I would have liked, however I know from my previous experience a few years back that it fade over the next year, so better to have a little bit darker initially. My goal for this process is not to wake up every morning looking like I have a face full of make up, but just to look more natural. I wanted my lashes to look darker and my pale lips to be a little pinker. I think this was achieved.

Day 3
kmangini84March 3, 2017
After I posted my review yesterday, my lips became progressively more scabbed and oozy throughout the day. By the evening they felt really chunky and gross, and still couldn't really smile because lips were so tight. I applied vit A&D ointment for the second time of the day before I went to bed. When I woke up this morning they were still feeling scabbed and chunky, so I took a warm wet washcloth and gently dabbed at my lips. A few small pieces of scab came off. I patted them dry and applied A&D ointment. Now it is midday and they are starting to peel a bit. I am trying to just leave them alone. Overall, although they feel gross, I don't look so weird that I am uncomfortable going out in public, and would not even be a problem to go to work (but I am off anyways). The swelling is also almost completely gone, so no more duck face. My eyelash enhancement still has not given me any issue, I have been applying vitamin A&D once a day like I was instructed and think it looks great. No scabbing or peeling yet that I can tell, and also not swollen.

Both procedures look very nice on you. The color choice on the lips is perfect. I am wanting to do the same, but finding the right person in my area is the challenge.
Side note: I see you have light freckling on your face. I did, too. But, about 4 years ago, I decided I wanted to fade or remove them. I ordered a 15% TCA peel from Amazon and gave myself a peel on my face, neck, chest and shoulders. After 3 months, I did it again. It worked extremely well and removed most of my light freckling and left my skin texture much finer. I did wear SPF or foundation and powder on my face/neck when going outside since then and the spots have not returned on those areas, but have on the chest where I failed to wear the sunscreen. Now, I'm going to do it again on my chest to fix that and even out the color.
Since we have the same type of skin and you clearly are doing things to enhance your appearance and are willing to share with us, I thought I'd do the same.

Thank you, both for the compliment and the TCA suggestion. I was actually thinking about doing IPL laser to fade the freckling, especially on my chest, but maybe I will try the TCA peel first. As for the lip color, my previous experience is that the very red color turns to a nice natural pinky red, so hoping for that again! Good luck finding someone to do your lips, there are a lot of excellent people out there, just make sure you ask for a lot of before and after photos from them.

You can buy A&D ointment on Amazon or at Rite Aid, CVS, or Walgreens. Just go up to the pharmacy counter and ask them whether it is if you can find it :)
