Dr Jugenburg is a very highly professional surgeon, who listens and is realistic with what he can give you. However he has over delivered with me for the second time! I have no other words other than Perfection at its best! Abundantly Grateful! You have made me into the woman I used to see myself as n my head! Dreams do come true! Thoughts become things! The whole team that works with Dr Jugenburg is unbelievable! Not enough words to describe how fabulous everyone is! Thank you all for making my experiences the best and changing my life for the better!

Wow, you really do have a lot of courage and determination. Why, you've had 2 major surgeries that help you look and feel far better in yourself. The tummy tuck remains a massive success over 1 year on, meaning you must have done well with both diet and exercise. The results of the breast reduction are fantastic. You've ended up with a size and shape that looks fabulous and suits you: any smaller and I think you may have had regrets in the future about it not being you to have tiny breasts. Your areola look right for your breasts and all look very much in proportion. It's maybe good to think of the whole physical make up of nipples, areola, breasts and upper body and everything looks right. Aesthetically you're looking spot on. My goodness, physical pain gone, emotional pain gone, minimal scaring at this early stage, wear the clothes you want without having to hide your body: seems like a good result. Very well done and I hope your good recovery continues.

Hello Frogger1, I've been using the silicone gel, bio oil and castor oil intermittently! Remembering to massage 2-3 times a day even if it's for a few seconds Thank you

Massage, I've never heard of this? I'm on day 6 of recovery and I'm still so sensitive with them to the touch. I have a follow up appt today, let see what he says. I've been doing really well. Looking forward to less bruising and beautiful boobs.

Hi Frogger1 I'm on month 3 post opp so in a different place to you, obviously do not massage yet, your only on week 1 My surgeon told me when to begin this process! As will your surgeon! I'm just telling you why I have minimal scarring and not advising you to do it! I stayed the massaging process around weeks 3-4! Happy healing and yes it's too sensitive at the beginning take care [RS bleep]
