I'm about two weeks out from having my tummy tuck...

I'm about two weeks out from having my tummy tuck and I'm overly nervous. I have always been extremely athletic and was a collegiate cheerleader for two universities. However after college my workouts slowed down and I became sick with a gallbladder that didn't function. I had my gallbladder removed and instantly felt better for a few days...to make a long story short I was more sick after I had it removed and I started packing on the pounds because my body didn't process food the same way anymore it seemed. Two years later at a weight of 183 they finally diagnosed me with bile dumping which could be easily controlled with medication and diet. So I started the meds and started feeling better so I began my weight loss journey. In 2011 I decided I wanted to have breast augmentation and I started with consults with different surgeons in the area. I saw about 6 and Dr. Wilcox was my last visit. I really liked him and his caring staff so my decision was easy. When I met with him we discussed lipo as well for my stubborn belly fat. I proceeded with both and was pretty happy with my results. Then I started becoming much more serious about my body and was self consumed with getting into better shape (I was still a little heavy when I had my BA and lipo). So I've finally stabilized my weight and I'm maintaining between 148-152, but since the additional weight loss combined with the previous lipo I'm left with skin rolls. After much agony with the extra skin after working so hard to get the weight off (I've been diagnosed with kidney disease as well throughout this battle and have had 3 kidney surgeries along the way) and the dream of cheering at the pro level, competing in a fitness show, and wanting to gain confidence and happiness with my body (I'm extremely self conscious) I've decided that I need to go ahead with a tummy tuck to gain the full results I desire. Very excited but overly nervous...any words of wisdom?
