As of November 3, 2018 I am finally where I want to be with my tummy tuck. It has been a long, unanticipated journey and I’m so thankful that it’s over. Since my initial procedure in 2016 I’ve had a revision in 2017 and just recently liposuction October 18, 2018. I’m still a little swollen but it gets better each day. What I’m extremely excited about is that there’s no numbness! From the first procedure the numbness has taken this long to subside and I thought I’d have to start that process over again, but happily no! Dr. Ciresi has been there from beginning to end and stuck with me until we achieved the desired results. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, integrity and human compassion. I am blessed to have a physician such as him. The team at Athenix is the best and I sincerely thank them all for taking such wonderful care of me. Living my life like it’s golden!!

Next month will be a year since my procedure
....and it's been two months since the sutures come undone. Considerable change in my stomach over these last couple days. Swelling dramatically reduced! What do you guys think? Can you see the difference?

I see a difference in the swelling but does it change size throughout the day or has it stayed the same.

Changes throughout the day from bad to worse. . I'm very much swollen now, pretty much yoga and exercise wear now.

Did you have the additional surgery to correct the issue? I pray all goes well and for your healthy recovery.

Hi Msbeas... No my stomach is still huge and is very uncomfortable. Standing, sitting, lying down.... no matter what I do it's uncomfortable! The compression garment is of no use anymore. I feel awful! After I get the results from colonoscopy I will be returning to go under the knife again. I'm trying to remain hopeful that I will get to enjoy some of this year, but i'm feeling very stressed. I'll update on the outcome.
