It's been exactly 1 week since my tummy tuck was done . One thing that I would stress on is to definitely take a stool softener before and after. I did not and the outcome was worse than having a baby!! Really not a lot of pain more of a burning sensation. Sleeping in a recliner is recommended. A lanyard works for holding the drains while showering.

To be rid of this apron I've had for 20 years!!!! I've lost 70 lbs and maintaining for 5 years. Exercise 5 days a week and still have an apron . time for myself .Daughter will be taking me. Then my dear husband will be on vacation and taking care of me . I'm going to bakersfield for my surgery which is 3 hours away from where I am. So I will be staying in Bakersfield the night before. Am nervous and excited at the same time.
