41 Yr Old W/ 2 Kids Due for a Much Needed Tune-up - Fresno, CA

After 15 years, 2 kids, and an on-going frustration to lose weight in the tummy area, I finally got rid of the extra luggage I have been carrying after having my babies. A short waste meant I carried those kids out and my skin stretched. Add a few comfort pounds and it became the perfect place to hold extra weight. Genetics and age had me frustrated to the point I couldnt stand looking in the mirror. After talking abput taking care of that problematic "pouch" for 5 years, I finally decided it was time to do something exercise and eating right couldn't solve.
