In this picture I am turned a bit sideways so it looks like I am in even... but I am not. They are pretty much dropping at same rate. Right side just a tiny bit slower. But everyday they drop a bit more and get rounder. Looking foward to when they are a little less in my armpit and a bit more in the cleavage. But that will take time.

Starting to love the shape taking place. The boobie blues has faded. Getting my energy back. Starting very light cardio at gym. Back to work. Still a little self conscious of the size. But i know it will go down a bit.

How long did you dtay out of work?
I Do hair. So I went back exactly 1 week later to do 1 client that took about 2 hours. I was exhausted afterwards. Didn't really go back a gin until 4 days later. So I really eased into it at day 10.

Still a lot of ups and downs emotionally. I am just not used to big breasts (or having any breasts for that matter lol!) Right now. I know that not being as active as I was and not being in my regular routine is really taking a toll on me. But after putting on on eif my workout tops and seeing them in clothes... It makes me feel a bit better. Yesterday I went back to work and did one client. It felt good to feel a bit normal. But i did get really tired after that and had rest all day. I just don't want to look fat! I worked so hard in lodi g weight and being lean and to too heavy after is my big fear. So let me know what you think.

You're built similar to me but smaller. I'm 5'6 145 and I've always suffered with the same thing. Feeling big or heavy. I was always worried about looking "bigger" than everyone in photos. Then I started following my favorite fitness people on Instagram and quickly learn "fit is the new skinny" that whole rail stick thin is OUT! I've been busting my butt to get thin and my husband was like, "don't lose your softness. Guys like fit, not skinny. Be in shape but still have some fat, no one wants to be with a rock hard body." So in my head and your head we want to look great, but THEY want us to feeeel great and have something to hold onto. It's taken me my whole like to learn this. My husband lost 30 pounds and I didn't like it! He was still a big guy but I don't want to feel his hip bones. Does this help? Focus on being healthy for your body type, eat healthy food, love yourself and be happy with it. There will always be someone thinner than us. Xoxo
Spot on!
