First off they do not tell you until you waste an hour and half waiting in office: they do not have a surgery center in fresno. You must drive to bakersfield!!!!! I went to consultation for breast implants removal and replacement of new fuller inplants. I had went thru nipple before.. This is where I wanted insertion again..I did not want another scar under my breast where to doctor only perform operations. . Not to mention they have before and after books there to look at and it's anythi b g but pleasing. Saggy.. Far apart breast. See for yourself. Do your research.

Why do you have a scheduled surgery if you wrote a negative comment and are complaining on post-op photos? I'm confused. Your comment has no validity.

U make no sense, if u would have done ur reasearch u have have known that their surgery center is in bakersfield and they also tell u, and im sorry dr. Knoetgen's work isnt saggy and far apart, take ur own advice and do your research before, ur stating all the bad but yet u have a scheduled date lol

i had my surgery with him. It went great. Read his reviews, pros outweigh cons big time. The only time you need to go to Bakersfield is for the surgery. So if u have enough patience to travel one day then ur good. He specializes underneath, Which I prefer, who in the world would want to possibly lose nipple feeling. Scars aren't that bad. Only my husband and myself can see them... Good luck to you

Thank you for your response, I'm happy with my choice. I really got a good feeling about Dr. K and he has an excellent background (worked at Mayo Clinic, taught, board certified in general AND plastic surgery, and has been a part of several research papers). I thought maybe I was missing something :-/

yes, he works for beautologie, which is located in Bakersfield. You would only have to drive there for the surgery and everything else is in Fresno. Unfortunately if you live far then it's a bit of a drive, fortunately I live between Fresno and Bakersfield. I preferred underneath the breast but if you want something else, then he won't. He only does high profile which I wanted, so I guess he was perfect for me. I think we get caught up in the before and after pictures, but everyone is shaped differently, therefore everyone comes out different. I had my surgery back in May and I was very impressed with my results. He recommended I go a bit bigger and I didn't listen but I wish I did listen. He is a good doctor so I recommend you go with him. A doctors reputation is very important for their career, so if it's not that bad, try not to bash them on the Internet. Anyways, good luck!

Are you kidding me? Why would you put a Plastic Surgeon on Super Blast when you scheduled a surgery with him? That's just like pissing off someone that is making food for you. Lol

Obviously I chose to go with another dr who works with their patient and avoids scarring. Not to mention keeping breast together high and tight. Bakersfield not far? OK so drive there and back 2.5 hours and have to make someone wait 4-5 hours in meantime during surgery and recovery. So many good Dr's in town to deal with rude surgeons who have it their way or no way. That's why there is options. Get what you what for the money you work for.

He's amazing! So comforting.. pays attention to every detail! Loves his work! My second breast Aug he not only fixed what I didn't like about my scars but the breast are so beautiful..soft.. and very perky! I love them! Recommend him to everyone I know!.. not to mention everyone of his nurses and staff are so helpful and friendly!
