After doing my research and attending a few consultations I decided to trust Dr. Knoetgen at Beautologie. From the moment I walked into the office to the moment I went home after surgery, I received the best treatment! Front receptionists, nurse and Dr. Knoetgen at the Fresno office were caring and super attentive to every detail and concern. Staff at the Bakersfield surgery center were equally caring and supportive. Surgery went smoothly and recovery was even faster! Staff from both locations followed up with me after surgery. I decided to have a second procedure and contemplated staying in Fresno with another Dr. because it would be a little more affordable and closer to home but I ultimately went with Dr. Knoetgen again just because of the great service I received the first time. Facilities and staff were clean, presentable and professional. I absolutely love my results and will return! Have already recommended Dr. Knoetgen to friends and family!
