Hi. I’m 5’10, 158 lbs. I’m getting saline implants this Tuesday. I’m feeling nervous about the size. Because I’m tall and my chest is wide, the PS told me I can handle a larger implant. I’m doing Mentor moderate plus, 450cc. I’m a 36 B now. I don’t want to look huge. That’s my biggest fear is too have huge boobs and look heavy
Looking for input from people with my height with implants and what size they did. Thank you! I will post before and after pics

hi! I'm 5'6" and 168 pounds, I got 445cc Natrelle SRM implants on 12/22/17. I really wanted at least 500cc but 445 was all my surgeon could fit. with you being much taller and having a wider chest you may want to consider bigger as I wish I could have gotten bigger! good luck on your journey, keep us updated!

Size wise you would be surprised at how big they are NOT. I'm 4 10 and 650s cohesive gel and some people tell me they can barely tell. I know the cc' s seem like it would be a lot but it's not that bad. I bet they look fantastic for you ( u may wish u had gone bigger, most do :) ). Good luck to you!

I didn’t really sleep much last night. I’m nervous for my surgery today. Positive thoughts and prayers are much appreciated. Thank you to everyone that has commented????

I’m still sore, but feeling better. The pain was more than I had anticipated.
I met with my surgeon yesterday. He only has me wearing the compression bandage, and no bra. I’ve read mixed reviews on why dr’s have you wear the compression bandage. I wish I had the bra to wear after surgery. I feel like it would give me more support.

I wore a surgical bra in addition to the strap can’t imagine not wearing a bra. Glad all is well, the soreness will get better! Looking good!

Did you go with the moderate plus? What size ? I have a surgery scheduled also this month and MD chose 425 HP and makes me nervous

Hi. I went with the moderate plus 400cc right and 420 left side. Now that my breasts aren’t swollen, I could of went a little bigger
