So after being a member on this glorious website...
WORTH IT$5,200
So after being a member on this glorious website for a little while, i finally decided to schedule my consult to meet a plastic surgeon in my area. My consult took place already, wednesday the 28th and i was able to try on sizers. We decided somewhere around 300ccs -350ccs, but not real sure if i should do saline or silicone. My pre-op is tomorrow where i will be going through the pros and cons of each type and selecting my official size. They scheduled my surgery for February 9th, less than 2 weeks from my consult date. Im nervous, scared, anxious, and cant stop thinking about boobies! Im putting together a few lists currently. One list is to ask the doctors my silly questions, and one will be my "what to get before surgery" list. Any suggestions, comments, opinions, or insight will always be welcomed! ????

Had Pre-Op on Monday, it all became real...
Ahhhh im so nervous! We decided on 350ccs HP saline and im hoping they wont look too small or ginormous...
I paid the rest of it off and it really sank in. Im sure its normal to be scared but it sure does race threw my mind a few dozen times a day. I was able to snag some before pics so you can see where im starting at. My stats are 123lbs, 5'6 and a 32C currently. I had one child and watched my boobies shrivle back into what i have now, lol. Still have lost of things to get before surgery so if you guys have any suggestions besides the normal sports bra, ice packs, wedge pillows stuff, feel free to throw it my way!! :)
Also, these pictures were a little hard for me to post as im really self concious about my girls. But this is what this journey is all about and i would like to document before and after and progress.

2 days till the Big Day!
Well my surgery is on Tuesday and i just started my 1 out of 4 showers with that Dyna-Hex antibacterial soap. Still grossed out i cant shave because of it and had to coax myself to "put the shaver down!" Lol!!
Im having a zillion thoughts race threw my mind and most involve whether 350ccs is going to be the fullness i want? Am i going too small? Some 350's i see look a tad smaller than i'd like to be at the end of all this, but i remind myself that everyones different and depends on breast tissue you start out with and the size of your pockets? I dunno, im still learning but hope they are full enough but not pornstar status. Ugh, pre-surgery boob dilemas.... lol
Also need to pick up more stuff from the store to make sure i have everything i need. Still so nervous and trying to prep my brain for lots of pressure and pain. Keep reminding myself that if i can do child labor without the Epi, then i can heal smoothly without emotionally falling apart. No guarantees though! Lol

I only had to shower the night before and morning of and used Hibiclens. I also shaved the night before then washed with the Hibiclens after. I didn't have a BA so I'm not sure of supplies needed. I wouldn't think you'd need much. I hear recovery is much easier then a TT.
Chapstick, Neck Pillow were a must for me. High Protien shakes and food , Arnica and Pineapple for bruising and swelling.

Yeah the Dyna-Hex they gave me to wash my body came with instructions that state i cannot shave 10 days before surgery as the wash itself will burn if you shave. (???) This is all new to me so im just going with whatever the instructions say..lol but those are really good items to get/make sure to have. I have been reading about pinneapple on other ladies reviews but the Dr hasnt said anything about it yet and ive never heard of it before. Its supposed to help with the swelling/bruising? Sounds interesting.. i love pinneapple anyways so im down for that! Lol

It's strange that washing techniques are different with BA and TT. Dr.Knoetgen didn't tell me anything about ten ARNICA or Bromaline. I got the Arnica in my RX kit but it only lasts 5 days so I ordered more on Amazon. It does help with bruising and swelling. Bromaline is found in the stem of a pineapple and it's a natural anti-inflammatory. So really what could it hurt. Least I'm getting in my fruit!. I'm going to try Tumeric. It helps with selling also. Many of my running friends swear by it.

Yay!! Good luck with surgery. I've actually decided to get my BA in Bakersfield instead of Beverly Hills (not very convenient and I want to get it done ASAP!)
What made you choose Dr.Knoetgen instead of the other Beautologie doctors? (since I've read that either way surgery is performed in the Bakersfield clinic, even if you're from Fresno. I could be wrong but this is what I've heard.) I am considering Dr.Shah or Dr.Barnes.
I think 350cc depends on your body. PS always say that it looks big on others while not so big on some. I personally do not have much breast tissue (no kids) so I'll be straight up asking the doc for "As big as my body can safely take!" :-)

Well, i liked how credited he was, and as soon as i met his staff and then him, he made me feel comfortable and that he already knew exactly what my body needed, but still took the time to listen to me anyways. Ive heard good things about Dr. Shah also. It is true, the surgery is done in Bakersfield even if your from out of town. Dr. Knoetgen sees me for office visits in Fresno, just only preforms the surgery in Bako. What made you change your mind might i ask? I believe you will like your decision. Best thing to do is meet him and see how you are feeling about his thoughts/suggestions. :)
Im still hoping the 350ccs will be full enough and not so cone-ish once the fluff begins.

My main reason for switching from going to Beverly Hills to staying here is mostly the price and my desire for boobies ASAP :-P My goal is pretty drastic from my natural body, so I'm open to secondary BA which I would like to go to Beverly Hills for if I can't achieve the size I want at first, but until then I'm content with getting it done in my home city for convenience and price.
I've read that Dr.Shah specializes in breast-work with women with breast cancer, ect. and has over a decade of experience. I see good reviews for Dr.Barnes even though he only has a few years of experience. I'm split between the two, mostly because on the Beautologie website on the Before & After page, it doesn't say which doctor performed the surgery. I will probably have to go there and ask to see separate files of the before&afters for the doctors there. I may have to look into Dr.Knoetgen now!

I had a BA with Dr knoetgen last year and didnt have to use dyna hex.. Im having surgery again with Dr knoetgen and i was given dyna hex to wash up with! Im gnna go crazy not being able to shave for 10 days... Second time around of surgery and i am so nervous

Yay! Thats exciting! He has been great with me so far! I couldnt stand how gross i felt from not shaving. I even apologized to the nurse a few times for having to deal with my hairy body lol! What procedure are you having done?

Im gnna get waxed so i dnt have to worry about the nasty hair.. Lol !!!! The procedure im getting is lipo and getting bigger breast implants!!
