Finally decided to make a review. This website has been so helpful. I went to two consultations before choosing Dr. Knoetgen to perform breast augmentation. I am a 34A. Wanting a full c or small d cup. Dr. Knoetgen and his staff are amazing made me feel so comfortable, because i was so nervous even to go to consultation. I loved his before and after photos. I choose 375 cc's Mentor cohesive gel silicone, High Profile, under the muscle, inframammary incision. My surgery is in two weeks, i am very excited and nervous. Will be posting pictures of my results. What did you guys buy or take besides multivitamin and vitamin c?

Hey girl! We will be getting almost the same implants! I almost chose 375, but they were too large for me so i'm choosing 325, but also doing high profile, under muscle, and inframammary! I'm excited for you. Your wish boobs are also exactly what i'd like mine to look like. Here's to hoping we both get our wishes!!!! Speaking of vitamin, I think I need to get some of those oils for the breasts after surgery and for the scars... hmm..

Hey, I am so confused with sizing as well! But finally decided 375cc and I hope they are not to big! I am so excited! I hope it all goes well for you! Excited to see your results! I know I have been stalking this website I want to have everything I need before surgery.

I think the sizes we chose are very modest and shouldn't be too big! yes these days are going by sooooooooo slow. I totally agree... I have been on this website every single day since I booked my appointment and i'm sure i'll continue to be on it once I get my procedure done hahahha

My surgery is next Thursday.. right after you. I just started taking arnica 30x 3 times a day to help with the sorenes, swelling and bruising. And will continue 1 week after surgery. I have heard wonders of it so yeah I would definitely recommend it. You should also start exfoliating your . Rest by dry brushing to increase blood flow and avoid getting stretchmarks followed with coconut oil or cocoa butter. Also my doctor recommend vitamin e post op to decrease chances of capsular contracture.

Thank you so much for the tips! My Dr. prescribed arnica, but not giving until after surgery. I will definitely try exfoliating and coconut oil.

I also got some icy hot advance relief cream to help with the soreness, girls who tried icy hot patch or cream followed with an ice pack said it really helped with the swelling and tightness. I will be trying it out, i want to avoid as much as discomfort as I can, I have no tolerance for pain lol im a weenie..

My appointment for my breast implant come soon and so nervous, would ask how the high profile, under muscle is that more natural look? And still think to chose which brand Sientra and Mentor is better one? Any ideas to help me more clear which the brand,please?

Hi there! I have chosen the exact same product and surgery. Mine is on the 25th. It's so hard to decide on size and profile. My surgeon told me I could go with hp or mod plus, so I've been flip flopping like crazy. My pre-op is on the 4th, so no going back after that. I think 375 is a good size. Can't wait to see your results and good luck to you!!!!

Thank you. I just did a bunch of research on this website and you tube. I also went on (Mentor) brand of my implants website, and saw the measurements of the different implants.

Good luck with your surgery! I just got mine a week ago and ask I have to say is..... All the hype about Dr. Knoetgen is absolutely true! I have not one complaint about the way my breasts turned out. I had no idea they would turn out as well as they did. You are in such good hands....I know you'll live your new breasts!

3 weeks down! I am finally starting to like my results! Everything is going good, my left boob is higher than the right. Loving the size! I am still wearing sports bras, will go bra shopping soon.
