Breast Augmentation - Fresno, CA

My experience with Beautologie and Dr Knoetgen was amazing! It had taken me a few months just to build up the courage to pick up the phone and inquire about breast augmentation. When I called, the friendly receptionist answered all of my questions and concerns. I think I kept her on the phone for 20 minutes asking her questions, and she did not cut me off or pressured me into making an appointment. She also followed up with an email and provided me with further information. She made me feel confident enough to schedule my first appointment with Dr Knoetgen. Being that this would be my first surgery of any kind, I was extremely nervous and did my research. I was impressed with Dr Knoetgens qualifications, training, before and after pictures and reviews. I was also impressed that he worked at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. I had also called another PS in Fresno to at least get 2 consultations, but they were no where as friendly and courteous as Beautologie--they were actually rude and short, and they charge for a consultation (Beautologie is Free).
Going in to my first consultation, I was a nervous wreck. But once I stepped in, I was immediately greeted and did not have to wait to be seen. The office coordinators were friendly, professional, and had a way of calming my nerves. The nurse was friendly and gave me so much information and also answered all the questions I bombarded her with! Dr Knoetgen was also warm, friendly and made me feel really comfortable. He has a special way of just putting you at ease and listens carefully to what you want to get done and achieve. Also, the day of my surgery, I was not nervous! I was actually excited and giddy and even told them I didn't need any medication to relax me. That's how comfortable and confident I felt about Dr Knoetgen and his staff. Very trustworthy! My experience was seamlessly perfect and positive since the moment I picked up the phone to inquire about it until the end of my BA and recovery. I knew I was in very good hands!
