So I'm finally doing this. I finally decided that I was sick of not being about to fill out my jeans. Sick of the "you have no butt" comments. Sick of being embarrassed in public when I want to just wear some yoga pants and a tank top. My boobs are huge, my torso is straight. I have no curve to my body. My doctor is liposuction(ing) my sides, stomach, and lower back. Performing liposuction on the lower back is going to give me more of a curve which will allow my new booty to stick out further. I want the biggest butt the doctor can give me. Go big or go home.
I have 7 days until my procedure. I had my pre-op appointment today where I got my prescription for antibiotics and Norco (for pain), peed in a cup, and did my labs. I had a lot of questions for my surgeon...
- Will it hurt to poop?
- Can I sit on my butt?
- Can I sleep on my back?
- How long will I have to stay in the hospital after my procedure?
- Anesthesia makes me throw up. What can you do about this?
- Am I going to have drainage bags?
- How long after surgery is my follow up?
These are his answers....
"Pooping will be "uncomfortable" but not painful. Stool softeners will help. When you sit, you will not be sitting directly on your butt. We sit on our upper legs. You can sit, if it's comfortable. You will be in a lot of pain after surgery, laying on your back will make you more sore.
You will be in the hospital 1-2 hours after the procedure, just to ensure your vitals remain stable.
If anesthesia makes you vomit, the anesthesiologist will put anti-nausea medication in your IV.
You will not have drainage bags. I will keep your incisions open so they can drain on their own. You will bleed/drain for roughly two days.
You can come in the day after surgery for a dressing change, or I will see you in a week."
The surgeon's assistant took my measurements and is ordering the correct sized garmet I'll need to wear after surgery.

Seeing the confidence boost and heightened self-esteem in my sweetheart, just from the knowledge of knowing she's getting the BBL was enough to make me become a supporter of women having body contouring procedures. Lots of supplies purchased.
My surgery is on Wednesday. 3 more days. I uploaded a picture of what I purchased so I can be as prepared as possible. Cipro and norco. A urinal. Antibacterial soap. Ensure, alcohol pads and Arnica.
