33 Year Old Young Male, Very Satisfied with Treatment and Excellent Care - Fresh Meadows, NY

I actually use to see other doctors under Advanced Dermatology a while back and wasn't really satisfied with their services until I met Dr.Kaleroy Papantoniou. All I have to say is that she's very professional, excellent service, and she's the best, no offense to the other doctors but she really is. She's great at what she does, whenever I would see her she would take her time dealing with me with whatever procedure I get, and what I love about her is she's honest with me. She may be young but she's extremely positive,very knowledgable, and passionate towards her profession, her dedicated work ethic is a perfect example of that.That is why I decided to finally go with the fraxel laser and have her perform the procedure because I fully trust her, I've read horror stories of people who got the procedure from different doctors/laser spas who even didn't see any results and were unhappy. I am dark skin so I am taking a risk of getting a laser procedure that can cause hyperpigmentation. She gave me the rundown as what I can use for my skin to prevent that from occuring and she knows my skin since she is my Dermatologist. She knew exactly what settings to use for my skin, the type of fraxel that I should get, and she wasn't that aggressive during the procedure. After the procedure my face was red and a little sore which is normal, but no signs of hyper-pigmentation. After a month I saw immediate results, my complexion was clear, skin was smooth. I was even getting compliments on how I have great skin.I plan on getting a second treatment again to keep my skin looking great, she also has performed fillers on me and I have zero complaints. Any office can be brand new and have high tech equipment but if you don't have a doctor of her skills and professionalism then that office will be unsucessful. I give Dr. Kaleroy Papantoniou a five star rating, perfect. I am a very difficult person to satisfy because I want the best. She is the best and she delivers it. I will continue to see Dr.Kaleroy Papantoniou, she's my go-to dermatologist/M.D. and I highly recommend her to everyone, Thank you so much Dr. Kaleroy Papantoniou.
