35 Years Old Have One Child I Did Upper and Lower Eye Lied Surgary - Fremont, CA

The way you guys seeing my pictures from 5 years ago in California I did upper and lower eyelid surgery which was the time it's corrected but I still have lower eyelid puffiness and extra skin hanging and I've been trying with a lot of Surgeons to correct that everybody thing that's a scar tissue somebody's is told me do with laser the fraxel leaser of and pay $1,500 and didn't fix it then they told me do palave laser I did it didn't work to finally one of the surgeon says there's no scar tissue in there and the good part is just extra skin we have to cut and fix it but I wanted to make sure that I need help for somebody it's a good oculoplastic surgeon who is really professional with eye eara I don't want that my eye I'll hunging after skin remover and I will put some pictures I need help i live in Virginia now Fairfax Station Virginia

is over a year it did go away he is telling that one take years so what is that mean i come to look good not that bad i need help please.....there is a dark ring place a swello after 3 month do i need moor time......
