Well so no matter how thin I've been in the past i always had a belly. Decided to go for coolsculpting consult. He measured and told me i would need to do upper once and lower ×2. After seeing all the Comercials for it on t.v always saying some day....
Well i did it! I watched many utube videos till the day of my apt. So far its been 7 days, unlike what i have read from some, I've only had tenderness , ive still worked out same as i did before. Still numb little pins and needle pings and pangs but no pain relievers needed. My next apt will be upper for 1hr and repeat lower 1 hour in 3 weeks. I see no diffrence yet but it doesn't change that quick

Its been 9 days so far, no changes still a little numb but no pain. So excited for results!

You will see results beginning around the third to fourth week. You will be happy with the results. I can't wait to go again as soon as I save up enough money. Good luck...

Friday as my 2nd week, I am really hoping to see some results in my third week.

Good for you. I am still waiting for some changes in my belly, this coming Friday is my 3rd week.

I can't wait so excited for more tesults! I do take digestive enzymes and i like to think that helps break down the fat.
