I been wanting a big boobs for so long, I have a very small Breast. you know I'm Asian most of us are not gifted with a big boobs so lol.. So I decided to go for it .. Sorry I don't have a before picture because I don't really want to tell everyone that I have done this, I just Change my mind cuz I really satisfied of my boobs right now so I think my Dr. Shane Palmer deserved to have a good credit for this.. He is very professional I've been with him 3 years ago he did my arms lipo & so happy with it. So I made an appointment to do my BA & auxiliary lipo @ same time on my bra line.. I asked him what is the best size & kind for me he suggested to do mentor gel & he give me several size option I want to be just like a natural not to big not too small. Then he suggested to try 350 & 375 .. I'm 47 years old 5'1 inch tall & 130lbs ..need to loss @ less 10lbs before summer lol..I have 2 kids by the way ages 26& almost 11 years old .. Don't asked me why it's a big gap long story lol.. Anyway I decided to do 375cc mentor moderate round .. We'll so far I loved it I can't wait to get all this feeling soar on my both Boobs.. So far I'm back to work but boy the first day was rough cuz I work in a retail you know 8 hours of my feet killing me softly @ my first day, but next day was a little bit ok.. So let you guys know my progress can't wait to see my boobs jiggle like a natural one lol.. Have a blessed day everyone..

I am having my implants on the 9th. I too work retail and can only take 9 days off. I'm hoping that is long enough.

I think is depend on how is your body heal, on my first week of BA I actually feeling really good I stop my pain med after 5 days
I guess just avoid lefting , pushing,, pulling heavy stuff & bending or just call your PS what is your restriction.. Hope this info can help you .. Good luck & let me know your progress..

17 days after my BA & lipo around my bra line, so far I'm still feeling sore on my both breast but I can see some progress on it. I think both of my boobs is dropping a little bit & it's getting round now.. My next appointment will be this coming Feb 2, I can't wait to see my PS ( dr. Shane Palmer) about my progress..
Congratulations! How many days did you have for your recovery before you had to return to work? Hope you were able to rest after your long days on your feet. You look great! Have any of your friends noticed? Thank you for sharing your story with us on RealSelf!
