I'm a 56 yr old female, who has had fatty arm flaps from a young age. Although a bit overweight, I simply inherited this part of my body from my mother. As I aged, the flaps just got bigger and bigger. When I had to buy extra large tops just so my arms would get into the sleeves, I thought - this is enough!
